When COVID-19 hit New York City in March of 2020, our entire business model was thrown out the window. For five years, we built relationships with local grocers though out the Tri-State area and depended upon their business to deliver Splitz to our customers. The pandemic caused us to shift our core focus to ecommerce. While the shift to direct-to-consumer sales hasn't been easy, it's been very rewarding since it's brought us into contact with so many great fans of Splitz. As a proud NYC based food start, we have decided to help other local food businesses achieve success online. Going forward, we're going to partner with a innovative NYC-based food brands through collaboration boxes.
